Project Truman Show: June 1, 2008
1. What did you eat today? For breakfast, a bowl of low-fat organic cereal (Mango Passion) with soy milk (about 300 calories). For lunch, half of a whole wheat pita, arugula, hummus. For dinner, I went to the Fox with a friend, where I had half a Cobb salad (overdressed; I should have asked for dressing on the side). For a snack, I had half a bag of Pirate Booty (260 calories). That stuff is addictive; it's hard to stop mid-bag!
2. What exercise did you do today? I ran this route (4.5 miles, 42:00, 9:20/mile). I also went to the gym (standard workout).
3. What is your ATL email backlog? 4,829 (last reading: 4,927; change: -98).
4. What is your personal email backlog? 412 (last reading: 499; change: -87).
5. Additional comments: Another quiet but productive weekend day.
your lunches have sounded so tasty that you've got me on hummus & pita now too. i take it you're vegetarian... is hummus a good source of protein? where else do you get your protein from?

Given up on this, have we?

No, not vegetarian -- I just like hummus. I also like tofu and soy milk (other sources of protein).
No, have not given up on this; in fact, it's going well (lost four pounds last week). Just behind a few days in the entries, that's all.
